Royco Management was established to serve a narrow and specific need — the kind of counsel that operates without agenda, without conflict, and without the institutional pressures that compromise most advisory relationships.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients. This is not a constraint; it is the condition that makes genuine advisory possible. Our principals have direct involvement in every relationship, and our work is never delegated to junior staff or templated processes.
The firm takes no commissions, holds no positions, and accepts no referral arrangements. Our only obligation is to the client in front of us.
